About
I began my crafting career when my children were small. I was a stay at home mother at that time and began quilting. Somewhere along the way I fell in love with snowmen and began creating them from patterns I had purchased. As with most things, they evolved to where they often now only vaguely resemble the original pattern.
I was prompted by friends to begin attending local craft shows and happily did that for several years. I was very interested in expanding to an online presence but was not confident in my abilities to create a website and be able to attract buyers. Then I discovered Etsy and the rest is history. Now I am venturing out with my own website, while still keeping my Etsy shop active for my Etsy followers.
My shop is constantly evolving and changing. I have added hand woven rugs, hand painted signs and many other items over time. I love being able to take a garage sale find and upcycle it into a one of kind item. My customers appreciate the uniqueness of the items they purchase from me.
I love being able to create items with empowering messages and especially pieces that hopefully will speak to young women. Giving our girls the gift of self confidence is SO important!
