WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Current processing time for signs is 2 weeks. Custom signs will take an extra couple of days. Ready to ship items will ship within 1 – 2 days of your order. If you are unsure of shipping dates, please email me at hello@snowmancollector.com or leave a message on the contact page for clarification.
· WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
Shipping is expensive regardless of which provider you use! I ship with Canada Post as they have proven to be reliable. My signs are made using quality materials which creates a sturdy, long lasting product. However, using solid wood adds to the weight of the item, which in turn, affects shipping costs. Any order over $40 shipped outside of Canada will have a tracking number provided. Any item shipped within Canada will have a tracking number. If shipping is less than charged I will refund you the difference, minus a $5 handling fee. My goal is to have fair and accurate shipping costs. No one wants to over pay on shipping!
· I CAN’T WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ITEM! CAN YOU EXPRESS SHIP IT?

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEM AND I DON’T LIKE IT or MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED.
If you have a concern, please contact me for a mutual resolution. Your satisfaction is my goal. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery if you have a concern. If we are unable to reach a mutual resolution, I will be happy to refund your purchase once the item has been returned to me at your expense. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
If an item has arrived damaged, I will refund you for the purchase price plus shipping OR send you a new item at no cost, whichever you prefer. However, I will not refund or ship a new item without photos showing the damage to the item.
