Refund policy

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEM AND I DON’T LIKE IT or MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED.

If you have a concern, please contact me for a mutual resolution. Your satisfaction is my goal. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery if you have a concern. If we are unable to reach a mutual resolution, I will be happy to refund your purchase once the item has been returned to me at your expense. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

If an item has arrived damaged, I will refund you for the purchase price plus shipping OR send you a new item at no cost, whichever you prefer. However, I will not refund or ship a new item without photos showing the damage to the item.
